This is one of the best root beers I have tasted. If they used cane sugar instead of glucose syrup, then I think it would taste better.
They claim that if you pour it right, then it will develop a frothy head. This is not true. Sprecher needs to make their root beer have a better head and use cane sugar.

I just completed a tasting of 54 root beers side by side — not a wise thing to do because a good 40 or so are bound to be awful. Sprecher’s was one of the keepers. Balanced, pleasing, it produced a fine creamy head with plenty of small-bubble carbonation. This one goes on my short list.

Bottle I am drinking right now lists Glucose Syrup instead of High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Scott is right the draft version is much better. It makes GREAT rootbeer floats

In many parts of WI you can get this on draft and it’s stupendous – even better than the bottle, with a much better head and carbonation.

I just wanted to give you a heads up that you can get sprecher in FL. i just found it through a distributor and ordered it through a local wine/spirits store.
