i was amazed to see this staring back at me out of the cooler at the pizza/bagel place down the jersey shore just a block from my family’s shore house! just goes to show, you can’t overlook anywhere when trying to find new brews. as far as root beers go, it is kind of unremarkable. bland i guess really. well, subtle is more the word, nicer at the very least. but subtle can be a good thing. it is what i like about most clear birch beers, so why should i be biased against a subtle, brown root beer? crisp, rather creamy in fact. the taste is actually becoming more apparent as i drink more and i like it more. yum.
