so people occasionally write to me and tell me about some soda available near them, asking WHY in the world have i not reviewed it?! sometimes those people will say they will send me a bottle or can and we trade addresses but usually the people do not. sometimes too i forget to send them some sodas from here in return for a long time, but eventually i think i do. so anyhow, Bob actually sent me 3 bottles of Blumers! what a guy. of course i just now found their website where i could have ordered from, but this is even better. for me at least. ok, this soda is very good, i must admit but there is some strange subtle taste in there that i don’t like. the thing about this soda is that although it is good, it is virtually indistinguishable from many other “very good” sodas so i suppose it will suffer slightly by being reviewed 267th or whatever it is now. creamy, smooth with a little bit too little carbonation i would say, strangely. could just be this bottle though.
Ingredients:carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, natural and artificial flavors, citric acid, sodium benzoate (to preserve freshness), yucca foamer

Why is it so difficult to find a shop that you can go into and buy the Blumers Root Beer? After the 150 years one would think there are a multitude of locations that they must be shipping too? Help. I live near Rockford, Illinois but could go to Chicago if necessary.
