ok, i don’t think i have ever seen hops in a non-alcoholic root beer before. curious. or panama bark extract. maybe juniper berries but i am not sure about that. so yeh, this is a unique soda, very complex and multi-layered. the initial taste is different than the flavor that comes after a moment and then the aftertaste vaies from both of those. yeh, really good soda! you are making me think that Cornell may not be a bad choice for law school… i hope i got a six pack of this one. probably did. i suppose the taste may come off as a little bitter but there is enough sweetness in it to balance out in the end. yummy

Ingredients: carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, caramel color, potassium benzoate (a preservative), citric acid, natural and artificial flavor

One of my favorites! I like the fact that it’s complex; this is very much a brew for grown-ups. It also makes a great float because it’s robust enough to hold its own with ice cream. I just wish it was more readily available.
