Drinking diet sodas in general is an acquired tasted. When I am trying to stay away from sweets, I can safely drink one of these and it's not bad! My girlfriend really likes this one a lot as well. He actually liked it as a soda, but not as much as a root beer. He felt it had a wintergreen undertone that he liked. Maybe drinking diet is an acquired taste, but I have no desire to acquire it myself.
