Dr Tima’s Honey Root Beer

a weird little concoction, definitely all natural which is always nice in my opinion. the taste is a bit different. not awful just unexpected. the honey is not as obvious as you’s hope either. i think there are just too many competing flavors going on here so you lose them all as your taste buds seem to get hit with one after the other.

I love your (3) sodas. But I heard that you made black cherry and orange, do you still make those?
Is there any way you could make grape and strawberry?
Please let me know…thanks a lot.
    Erin.

  2. well, i (anthony) have no way to contact Dr Tima who you seem to be directing these comments at, sorry.

  3. I tasted the honey right away. In fact it’s almost hard to taste anything else. It’s an interesting experience, but not a very good root beer.

You tried yours in a plastic bottle. Mine was glass. I like glass bottles better for root beer, but I’m not sure if it makes a difference in the taste.

    Anyways…

Anthony, keep up the good work!

  4. no, mine was in a glass bottle too. but it was over a decade ago so i can only go on what i wrote then. perhaps they added more honey since…
i enjoy the glass bottles better also. the sodas i have had in both always seem to be better in glass but it may be mental.
