this is the second can I received from the super kind Sara straight from the United Kingdom! I do not know anything about Tropical Sun, I figured it was a supermarket chain but apparently they are more of a food company, making all sorts of food items. alright, fair enough. whatever really, as long as you make a root beer, I am in. well, unless it is alcoholic or has CBD or something else in it.
English root beers really vary so much. I am a little leery of this one as Sarah said she hated it and it was not anything like root beer, but the reviews on their sites are ok and Sarah and I disagreed about the other one she sent.
ok. huh, this is…. interesting? unique? root beer like? yeah, all of those. fruity though is what comes to mind most. at first I kind of enjoyed it but now that I have had a few more sips, I am liking it less and less. I feel like there is a fruity build up going on. my closest description would be carbonating watered down milk left over after you had fruity pebbles. it is sweet for sure. they kind of trick you in that the nutrition info is for 100 ml, but the can is 330 ml. so I should only drink 1/3 of this? less really? that is rather weird. devious some might say, but I am not one of them. this won’t make me sick or anything, at least I don’t think so, but it is not all that much like root beer, or like a yummy drink.
