i got this at a jazz festival in Princeton, so perhaps the stuff in the actual restuarnt is different. i sure hope so cuz this was lame. SO watery and just no taste to it really at all. well, barely. seemed ok besides that lack though. little minty tinge which is nice.
well, this tastes like a root beer, strangely. a darn good one at that though so i am not complaining. a hint of wintergreen i guess could give away that it is a birch beer. but otherwise, a nice little kick to get you going and wanting more more MORE! ya gotta love a soda …

kinda of average really for a birch beer. that slight mint thing, but also a medicine-y taste to it. just doesn’t impress me, although i would select it over a lot of other drinks still. plus it is red which is always cool.
