Northern Soda Company Ginger Snap Root Beer

I would say of the flavors included in the Northern Soda Co father’s day special six pack of root beers, this one is what I am probably most excited and intrigued by. in part because I quite like to bake. and one of my signature cookie recipes is a very yummy, super ginger-y ginger cookie that I make every year around the holidays. I also make a lot of ginger snap flavored things when given the option, such as ginger snap pancakes, ginger snap granola, ginger snap french toast, etc. will it live up to my hopes and dreams? only one way to find out!
so it is pretty good. not as ginger as I would have hoped, but it is there. it is sort of more of a light ginger ale with a little root beer hint than a ginger snap root beer to me though. my hope was a sharp, strong, spicy ginger beer like taste on top of a solid root beer. I might just have to mix those things and see how it comes out myself sometime.
I do highly enjoy this. I would get it again and drink it often if I could. I very much like ginger ale and also root beer too if you did not know so this hits many yummy goals in one go. perhaps I am just very thirsty right after being outside a lot gardening and such but this is very refreshing and super good stuff. so far this is my favorite of the Northern Soda offerings. granted that is only the two kinds I have tried, but it is something.
