ya gotta love the labels which are just nice photos it seems. anyhow… this is an ok drink. doesn’t stand out and it is rather watery really. a decent taste when you do get down to that. not good enough that i’d seek it out since it is very elusive indeed. i had seen pretty much every other flavor of jones soda around for years but only this once have i seen the root beer. perhaps there is a reason.
Jones has also come out in cans now. It’s a non descript can. hopefully they still have the bottles available.
yeah, i have seen the cans occasionally, but it has always been the weird flavors and mostly at Target. very often i then find them on clearance. so i figured they were not going to keep doing that. but perhaps they are.

Very cream soda-ish. Weird color. The taste isn’t horrible though.
You may want to retry Jones since they’ve switched to cane sugar. Their root beer’s interesting, although perhaps too sweet.
I tried this root beer twice and was disappointed both times. IBC has a much better flavor.
Just tried it again recently. It actually ain’t that bad! Very standard though. Has a weird buttery-nutty taste that makes it unique. I won’t drink this everyday, but I sure wouldn’t mind getting some more of it every now and then! I tried it twice a couple years ago and was disappointed. But this recent time a tried it I actually liked it. Maybe it’s because they have started using cane sugar in their sodas now.

This stuff was so nasty I honestly thought it was cream soda, My bottle says root beer, but It tasted exactly like cream soda. I gave this a 10
This is pretty good root beer but with as much emphasis Jones puts on quality it falls a little short in the expectation department.
