although it is quite tasty, this root beer is not as amazing as i had hoped or maybe i was just expecting too much from all the praise it has gotten and how highly it came recommended. kind of a less creamy and smooth Saranac. don’t get me wrong though, i like it quite a bit and would definitely get it more if i could.

I gave this a low 40, it also was light in color and not a strong flavor. Rick b
The canned/bottled Dogs n Suds is not what you should go by. When I was a kid we used to go the Dogs n Suds in Pine Bluff, and I’ll never forget the mugs–they were HUGE and actually made of glass–bubbling over with froth. It’s best enjoyed fresh from the tap with a coney dog and onion rings. Of course, that was 40 years ago.
