i hate to say it but this barely resembles root beer at all. contains wintergreen, anise, vanilla and other spices that cause a slight mess in my mouth. sort of spicey and sort of herby. but i just don’t enjoy it much. i thank jacque very much for sending it to me, but i must be honest here. ok, so as i finish this i noticed that it has changed tastes and the bottom actually is kind of tasty. i am not sure how the situation could have been rectified, shaking would explode it or whatever. oh well, that top was nasty.
UPDATE: ok, so i got a couple more bottles of this from my buddy Mike M so i am trying it again at the urging of many readers. it is actually rather tasty, not really herby or spicey at all. guess i got a weird bottle last time. it isn’t great, but it is good.

Just tried this one again. It’s pretty decent. A little above average. A little too much wintergreen oil. Also, the cane sugar comes off a bit too much aspartame tasting (yet it’s still better than hfcs). It’s kind of smooth, and has really nice foam. All in all I’d give this a 78. Not bad.
I just bought a bottle of this, It is watery and weak and not any noticeable root beer flavor. I gave this a 55
