there is just something about rootbeer on tap that i really like. being able to order up a mug of fresh brew is really a treat. granted i was in a rush when i went here and i just got a growler to go, but still, the option was there. and i did drink some of the growler in the car. the taste is a bit unique, quite sharp and a definite anise/licorice flavor going on. not sure what the sweetener is but it is rather sweet too. not complaning of course, i like a sweet soda. i don’t know when i will ever get back to Louisville, which is too bad as i’d love to have a place to go and throw back a cold one, especially when it is as tasty as this.
