yes, two birch beers in a row! woo! brown birch this time which hopefully gets us back on the good birch beer track. I am guessing this whole line is made by some other brand entirely and is just a vanity label but it gives no indication of that so I am just going with it really being their own brand.
ah, this right here is a very solid birch beer, hooray! definitely a higher tier brown birch. a nice amount of wintergreen although I would ideally like a little more if I was to nitpick. not a lot of carbonation, which is fine but again a bit more would be even better. the sweetness level is spot on, quite sweet yet not into the realm of too much. I could drink birch beers like this in so many situations. it is crisp and refreshing for a hot day. it is something I could drink with a couple slices of pizzas. I could slowly sip this as I am doing now and savor it, although the temptation is much more to guzzle the yum. i bet this would even make a quite delicious float or even a taste protein soda with some vanilla protein powder and cream. nice work Jade City. no idea what connection this has to a future terror beast, which seems like quite a bad bathroom trip, at least I hope I do not find out.
