eh, store brand generic root beer, what else can i say about it that has not been said? i think i may give up on reviewing these. they all taste about the same and probably are actually made by the same people somewhere. and with Kroger’s being this massive monolith, this is probably the same root beer that would be at Fred Meyer’s, Fry’s, Dillion, Smith’s and many others. wacky indeed. so yeh, it tastes like you would expect it to taste. root beer as served at barbeques across the heartland of america every summer. good, but not advancing the root beer cause anywhere.

This root beer is so generic tasting and is kind of bland and a bit watery. Of course though, it’s root beer so that gives it an edge on other sodas; yet compared to the other root beers on this site it does not stack up. It tastes just like your average, commercial root beer. Not bad & not too good. Can’t really pick up on any spices or herbs. It’s only worth a 71 out of 100.
This one was ok, Over all I was not impressed, but my two kids who tried it and my wife all thought it was great. No accounting for taste I guess, lol.
I gave this a 60
