it has been much too long that i have had this soda in the fridge. i cannot say it is as unique as the rootbeer was. i mean, it is quite tasty but it in a much more generic-ly good root beer way, not so much in a sarsaparilla way. i find that weird really, that the rootbeer would be the more herbal one while the sarsaparilla is the normal one. oh well. i don’t have a lot to tell here, it is good, i like the cane sugar flavor. it does not stand out but i don’t mind that so much really.

I gave it an 80, it is mello to the point of being watery. no real after taste and has a slight anise taste that stands above the other flavors.
Wow, wow, wow!!! This is finally the sarsaparilla I’ve been waiting for. It is very very good, and does not have any funky/bitter taste that so many other sarsaparillas have. Surprisingly this one is also bests their root beer by 1 or 2 points which is odd because it seems that for me most companies root beer’s usually taste better than their sarsaparillas. This one would have to be my 2nd best sarsaparilla, losing to Baron’s by just 1 or 2 points. Finally, a sarsaparilla that gets the spice just right. One of the only things I could fault this one for is for having carbonation that makes you have to burp to much. Other than that, this one deserves an 87 out of 100.
As of this post, I would say in the last month I have drank maybe 20 root beers. I am going back and keeping a log of every root beer I drank and stating if I like it, love it, hate it, or somewhere in between. I figure I have tried somewhere close to 300 root beers.
On my list I am currently up to 125. Sadly I have only 3 that I would say make my top ten list. This is why I am going back over every root beer again. So I will only buy ones I love and not waste money on the ones I hate.
Sadly this is another in a way to long list that has to much winter green for me. I like winter green in root beer, a little is good, to much and you dont have root beer any more. I give this a 70.
