this got sort of lost in the shuffle of my fridge it seems. there is also a root beer lurking in there too, so maybe that will be next? maybe not. I can not really predict my own actions here so don’t ask me to guarantee that here and now. checking their website now, they do not seem to even make this or the root beer anymore though? but there are a whole load of other flavors so maybe they cycle things and it will be back soon.
so yeah, clear birch beer, one of the best things ever. this one falls pretty much in line with what I expect. it is very wintergreen, sweet and kind of low carbonation. that alone gives it a solid rating but for some reason I want a little variety. honestly though I don’t really know what could be done in this sort of drink to set it apart more. so although this tastes pretty much exactly like probably 90% of white birch beer I do enjoy it very much. crisp, refreshing and quite flavorful. I still do not know if this is really their own recipe or exclusive to them, but it seems to claim it is so yet again I will assume that and go with it.
