sadly, this does not at all live up to their birch beers. the cane sugar and the yucca extract in this combine for a weird taste. it is not a very good taste. it is bearable and decent if you drink it with a meal or something but by itself it is not something i would pick to have often. very unfortunate since this probably the only really bad soda i have had from this NJ bottleworks.

Ingredients: carbonated water, cane sugar, natural and artificial flavors, caramel color, natural yucca extract, citric acid, sodium benzoate (preserves freshness)

I’m trying to develop a taste for this one as well as their diet. However that rotten smell is overpowering.
