the kindness of the doctor of root beer-ology is quite large. he offered to send me this soda in addition to a couple of other previously reviewed drinks. this one i am a little more excited about for no reason other than it is very simple seeming. which could mean it is generic and lame but i am thinking it must not be the case as it is in a glass bottle and all. they just went the simple route and hopefully came up with something yum.
or perhaps not. it is kind of generic after all. a little bit too sharp carbonation and not a whole lot of flavor to be honest. it is not offensive, it is just nothing awesome or different. the carbonation really overwhelms the actual flavor but it is indeed in there somewhere. a little bit fruity on top of a pretty normal root flavor. i hoped for more from Canada for some reason. nothing too bad here yet not worth traveling to snow mexico for.
