Bum Energy Root Beer

I have never had an actual energy drink, except for these reviews which means I have not had any flavor except root beer. I do not know if that really matters in the end, but perhaps energy drinks have a certain expected taste? I mean I have drank coffee which I suppose is really an energy drink, just not a carbonated canned one. usually. I imagine somewhere out there there exists a carbonated canned coffee drink. but I digress.
as a drink this is not too bad. the artificial sweetener isn’t very overpowering which is a nice thing. it does not taste a whole lot like a traditional or even unusually root beer. which is not to say it should be excluded from my site. it claims to be a root beer, so here we go. like I said, it is fine. I mean I would drink this more as a refreshing thing. it is sweet enough and has a taste that does not make me sick. just what that taste is is the tricky part here. I mean I would describe it as a sort of ‘diet soda flavor,’ the taste of like coke free, sprite free, a&w free and squirt free is you took away most of the other flavor and just had the sweetness and a little of the taste. I guess it is most like a diet root beer, but very faintly. maybe if you drank that sort of thing more often you would immediately know it but I don’t really have such things all that much. I am glad it is only noon so hopefully the effects of this will wear off and I do think I will be doing some digging and junk today after this so some extra energy might be nice. I do like that it is clear and they did not slap color in for no real reason. so kudos for that Bum people.
