although the flavor is not too strong, this birch beer is very tasty with that hint of wintergreen that i just love. lots of carbonation but a very small head. i’d say this is among the best clear birch beers around today. better than that junk snapple claims as clear root beer indeed.
Shasta Diet Root Beer
as a diet root beer this is almost ok. i stress almost cuz it still has that wretched aftertaste. but for that first second it tastes fine. after that it blows, so maybe take one big gulp so that second might last longer, i dunno.

Abita Root Beer – old
this does not have the wacky after taste that most cane sugar root beers seem to have, which is a very good thing. yet, it tastes fairly standard and is just like a normal root beer. which is fine. not bad, but not amazing or anything. i’d definitely drink it more though, of course.

a darn tasty brew here. a classic taste really but it has a bit of a sharp tinge to it that i really enjoy. i could drink a whole load of this but i am sure i will never get to since it is made so far away from me and mailordering it is crazy …
