here we have the second offering from this new and upcoming soda company, a clear/white birch beer! I’ll admit I am always excited when I get a new white birch, they are typically so very yummy. the design is very nice, more marketed to adult males I would say than the youth audience or general audience that most sodas are trying to attract. that is not to say that anyone wouldn’t appreciate heavily tattoo’ed pin up girls and a playing card motiff.
this is a very good soda. a nice carbonation, a good smooth taste, nice wintergreen kick, sweet. to nitpick, it could be a tad less sweet and a tad more wintergreen, but that really doesn’t need to be done for this is be very delicious. it is very refreshing and makes one feel like they could drink many bottles for any occasion really. I am liking this more than the root beer, but that is also very well done. I look forward to the third and finally offering from this company and hope they stick around for a long while to come!
