Northern Soda Company Root Beer Float

so Northern Soda Company is at it again!! pop’s day (aka father’s day) 2021 saw the release of a new bundle, with two new brews! granted one was a new recipe of one they did last year, but whatever, I’ll take it! this is the sole really new one. i have not had the best experiences with root beer float flavored sodas as far as I recall. I could be wrong and I probably should search my site to figure it out before I make such a blanket statement. there very well could be some super amazing root beer float in the 25 years of this site (which reminds me, it is just about 25 years now, or maybe a few weeks ago that is the actual 25 year anniversary, huh. I should do something about that I suppose… any ideas?)
so on with the show, or the drink! hhhmmm, um, Northern Soda Company? this is a birch beer…. yeeeeeaaaaah, not really at all a root beer float. kind of different things. this has a very wintergreen taste and not at all the smooth, creamy taste one woudl expect from a roto beer float. interesting indeed. frankly I would say this taste more like a birch beer than the birch beer they put our last year. very funny. but tasty actually. it may be my favorite of their offerings surprisingly enough. although I will have to also go back and check to be sure that is true. it seems a little less overly sweet than the rest although it is rather sweet anyway.
